Since the inception of Kimochi in 2004, I always want to provide the best care for my clients. I ensure that I allow enough time to listen to my clients issues/complaints about their body.  It is important to me, that the customer and I work together to establish a plan that is the most beneficial for them. I enjoy many modalities, however, my speciality is deep tissue and rehabilitation work. I like the challenge of helping the client find the root of their problem.  

 

I retired from the Air National Guard with 22 years of service.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree with an Emphasis in Health.  I consistently take continuing education courses to keep up with current information and techniques to ensure quality care for all of my clients.  Currently,  I am enrolled in NASM Stretching and Flexibility class and NASM Corrective Exercise Course.  I firmly believe that the more I am able to educate my clients the better they can maintain their body at an optimal performance level.

I enjoy white water rafting, snowmobiling and generally being in the outdoors.   My future dream is to be a thru hiker on the Appalachian Trail.
