*Ensure that all your information is correct.  You will receive a reminder of your appointment via email.

*If you would like a different amount of time then indicated on the website, please call the office so we make necessary arrangements OR you may book the closest time, indicate in the notes exactly what you want and pay in the office.  (I.e. you want 1.15 minutes, book the hour and ask for the extra 15 min)
